Refund policy

Returns cannot be made once the order has officially been placed.

Exchanges can be made ONLY for pickup purchases. The items must be in the same condition that they were when they were purchased. (Never opened, never used, completely brand new)

You must show your confirmation email stating that you have purchased the items.

PICKUP
Pickup orders are available in the Dfw Area and are available Sunday – Saturday from 10 Am to 8Pm. Please allow 24 hours for your order to be processed and prepared and for the address to be sent for pickup. All pickup orders must be picked up by the 7-day mark. After 7 days your order will be cancelled and no longer available for pickup.
